At the heart of the business is the Company’s Partnership; the exclusive advisory arm. The Partnership consists of c.3,800 advisers and advisory businesses; the majority are sole traders with a growing trend in recent years for multi-adviser businesses to join the company.
Through the Academy, Our Client offers a two-year career-change programme, where they provide full training and support for men and women who want to re-train to become a financial planner. No previous financial services sector experience is required. You have the option to create your own successful wealth management business or work for an established Practice within the company as a Professional Adviser where you can develop your career.
The Academy training and development syllabus is a rigorous coaching and assessment programme that will equip you to provide a first class, professional and expert wealth management service to your clients. It enables you to specialise in delivering face-to-face financial advice to people who have or are in the process of accumulating capital.

Building your own business and experiencing the rewards this can bring can be the first step on your journey toward taking charge of your working life and creating financial independence for you and your dependents.
As well as addressing simple and straightforward issues such as insurance, you will help to resolve more complex problems for clients, whether it be Inheritance Tax, retirement planning or investing for growth or income.
In general, the companies Partners and Advisers provide reliable and expert advice for individuals and businesses on many aspects of wealth management, helping individuals of widely differing financial resources or life stages. They can also assist businesses in the increasingly complex area of corporate financial planning, from pensions through to insuring against the loss of a key director for example.
Office locations: – Across the whole of the UK in various locations.
Academy locations: – Edinburgh, Manchester, Solihull, London (you will need to travel to these locations when you are training in the first 6 months). You will be paid each month to support you in your training.
