When coming from the A19:
Travel on the A19 to the A1231 turnoff and head East towards Sunderland. At the second roundabout, after about half a mile, turn right into Colima Avenue just after the Springfield Honda Garage and BP petrol station. MTC the first building on your left side with access and parking about 80 metres round the left hand corner.
When coming from Sunderland:
Cross the Queen Alexander Bridge and take the A1231 West towards the A19 and A1. At the third roundabout turn left into Colima Avenue just before the Springfield Honda Garage and BP petrol station.
